z77 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistani Players

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and z77 ("z77", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") as operated at z77.ng. These Terms apply to all services provided through the z77 platform, including but not limited to slots, bingo, fish games, promotions and any future products or features added to the platform.

By accessing, browsing or using the z77 platform — whether via mobile browser, desktop browser or any application — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms should be read alongside the z77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of this agreement.

z77 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to check this page periodically.

In the event of any conflict between a translated version of these Terms and the English version, the English version shall prevail. These Terms are written in Pakistan English and are directed at players located in Pakistan.

2. Eligibility

The z77 platform is strictly intended for adults. To register and use z77 you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, agent or family member of a z77 employee.
• Not have a previously suspended or permanently closed z77 account.

z77 takes age verification seriously. Where there is reason to suspect a player may be under 18, the platform may suspend the account and request documentation. Any winnings accrued by a player found to be underage will be forfeited and deposits returned where possible.

3. Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on z77. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration is accurate, current and complete. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address and mobile number. z77 may request supporting documents to verify your identity at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified may be restricted or closed.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. z77 will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately. z77 is not liable for losses resulting from failure to keep credentials secure.

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee or closed at z77's discretion, with any remaining balance handled in accordance with applicable procedures notified at that time.

4. Deposits and Payments

All account balances, deposits, bonuses and withdrawals on z77 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). z77 supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players:

• JazzCash — instant mobile wallet transfer
• Easypaisa — instant mobile wallet transfer
• Raast — interbank instant payment
• Bank Transfer — standard bank-to-bank transfer

Deposits must be made from an account or wallet registered in your own name. z77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third party, it will be returned and the player account may be suspended pending review.

z77 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your mobile network provider or bank may apply their own charges — these are outside z77's control. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of deposit and may vary by payment method. z77 reserves the right to adjust limits without prior notice.

All deposits are processed in good faith. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit to your account, z77 reserves the right to correct the balance. Players must not use funds credited in error.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

z77 offers a range of promotions to both new and existing players, including Welcome Bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, weekly reload bonuses, cashback and cricket/PSL season specials. All promotions are subject to individual terms which are published on the Promotions page.

General bonus conditions that apply platform-wide:

• Bonus funds are only eligible for use on games specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Where a wagering requirement applies, the requirement must be met in full before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus offers may only be claimed once per player, per household and per payment method.
• z77 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Changes will not apply retroactively to bonuses already activated.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering or exploiting game mechanics to meet requirements artificially — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.
• z77 reserves the right to request proof of use before approving a withdrawal where a player's wagering patterns appear inconsistent with normal gameplay.

Cashback promotions marked as "no wagering" on the Promotions page are treated as real money and may be withdrawn once credited without further requirements, unless the individual promotion terms specify otherwise.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals on z77 are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. This means JazzCash deposits are withdrawn to JazzCash, Easypaisa deposits to Easypaisa, and so on. Where this is not possible, z77 will contact you to arrange an alternative.

Before processing a withdrawal request, z77 may require account verification. This includes confirming your identity through a valid CNIC or passport copy and verifying your registered mobile number. Submitting verification documents promptly at registration avoids delays when you request a withdrawal.

Standard processing times for verified accounts are as follows:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: typically within minutes of approval
• Raast: typically within minutes to one hour
• Bank Transfer: typically one to three business days

z77 reserves the right to perform additional checks on withdrawal requests that appear unusual in size or frequency. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not indicate any wrongdoing on the part of the player. z77 will communicate any delay and its expected resolution.

Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of request and may vary by method. Withdrawal requests for amounts below the minimum will not be processed. z77 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard requests, though your bank or mobile network provider may apply their own charges.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on z77 — including slots, bingo and fish games — use certified random number generation (RNG). Outcomes are entirely independent of previous results, player history or account balance. The platform does not adjust outcomes based on any player-specific factors.

Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are calculated over a very large number of rounds and represent a long-run statistical average — they do not guarantee any individual result. Players should understand that gaming outcomes are inherently unpredictable and that any session can result in a loss.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or technical error during a round:

• If the round was not completed due to a technical fault on z77's side, the wager for that round will be refunded to the player's account.
• If a win is displayed but cannot be confirmed due to a system error, z77 reserves the right to void the round and return the stake. Unconfirmed wins are not payable.
• Players experiencing repeated disconnections should contact support before continuing play.

z77 reserves the right to suspend or remove any game from the platform at any time, including during live play, in the event of suspected game integrity issues. Stakes in progress at the time of suspension will be refunded.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on z77 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors — any such exploitation must be reported to support immediately.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus conditions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using z77 to process funds from illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing z77 staff or other players.
• Attempting to circumvent deposit limits, self-exclusion tools or other responsible gaming controls.
• Using another person's payment method without their explicit consent.

z77 cooperates with relevant authorities where required by law. Any account suspected of involvement in financial crime will be suspended and relevant records preserved.

9. Responsible Gaming

z77 is an entertainment platform. We strongly encourage all players to set personal limits on their deposits, session time and losses before they start playing. The following tools are available to all registered players directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximums on how much you can deposit.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

z77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Identification of a prohibited pattern of play or bonus abuse.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own request and no Terms breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification and withdrawal processing procedures.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, z77 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited in all cases of a confirmed breach.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily should contact support. Voluntary closures are processed within a reasonable timeframe. During the self-exclusion period, players will not receive marketing communications from z77.

12. Limitation of Liability

z77 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uptime, accuracy and functionality, z77 cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z77 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings, profits or data arising from technical faults, connectivity issues or platform maintenance.
• Losses caused by a player's failure to keep account credentials secure.
• Decisions made by a player in the course of gameplay — all gaming activity is the player's own responsibility.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions.
• Indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits z77's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter where limitation is not permitted by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

z77 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notice.

Your continued use of the z77 platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
